The Data You Provide to Us

When you download, access, and use the App, it may use technology to automatically collect:

Device: When you download and use our app, we automatically collect information about the type of device you have downloaded the app on and your device identifier. We collect this to ensure we deliver the right version of the app for your device and so that we can provide appropriate follow up support as necessary.
Analytics: We use a third party analytics tool, Google Analytics, to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the service. Google Analytics collects information such as how often users visit our services, what pages they visit when they do so, and what other pages they use prior to coming to our services. We use the information we get from Google Analytics only to improve our services.
Log file: During the usage of the app, the data and information collected (through third-party products) on your phone in case of an error in the app called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when using the app, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

BACKGROUND MODES

The app uses the following background capabilities to ensure accurate step tracking and timely notifications even when you are not actively using the app:

Background fetch — periodically refreshes step count and activity data in the background so your statistics are always up to date when you open the app.

Remote notifications — allows the app to receive silent push notifications to sync health data and deliver timely hydration or activity reminders.

CAMERA

Used to take a photo directly from your camera to set your profile avatar within the app. No camera images are uploaded to our servers; the photo is stored locally on your device only.

HEALTHKIT

The app integrates with Apple HealthKit to provide comprehensive health and fitness tracking. The following HealthKit data types are accessed:

Clinical Health Records — enables access to clinical data types to provide a more complete picture of your overall health alongside your daily step and activity data.

Health Share (Read) — reads your height and weight from the Apple Health app to calculate and manage your BMI parameter accurately.

Health Update (Write) — writes your height and weight to the Apple Health app to keep your BMI data consistent across all your health apps.

We only access the specific health data types listed above. Your health data is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent.

IN-APP PURCHASE

The app offers optional premium features available for purchase through Apple's secure in-app purchase system. All transactions are processed entirely by Apple and we do not store any payment or billing information on our end.

MOTION

Accesses your device's built-in pedometer (accelerometer and motion co-processor) to count your steps and track your physical activity in real time. Motion data is used exclusively for step counting and daily activity management and is never shared with third parties.

PHOTO LIBRARY

Allows you to select a photo from your Photo Library to set your profile avatar. Access is read-only and only triggered when you explicitly choose an image; the app does not scan or modify the rest of your photo library.

USER TRACKING

This identifier will be used to deliver personalized ads to you. Tracking is fully governed by Apple's App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework and will only occur after you grant explicit permission. You can change this preference at any time in your device's Privacy settings.

Data Usage

In the above situation, we guarantee that your information will only be used for contacting you and improving our services. We will never use such information (e.g. your name and email address) for any other purposes, such as to further market our products. We will never disclose your information to a third party for commercial gains, we assure you that we will not share any collected data to Google and that Google will seek prior user consent before any such collection.

We may disclose your information to comply with legal requirements, such as responding to a court order or government request. If our application is acquired or merged with another company, your information will be transferred with your consent as part of the transaction.

3. Data Security and Storage

The privacy of your data is paramount to us. We adhere to universal accepted protocols to safeguard the data provided to us, both during transmission and following its receipt. However, no methodology of electronic transmission or storage can be 100% secure. Consequently, you acknowledge and accept that we cannot ensure the protection of your personal information transmitted to our applications or customer service capabilities and any such transmission is conducted at your own peril. We will utilize rigorous procedures and security measures to deter unauthorized access to it.

We DO NOT require you to create an account on our App, and therefore, We DO NOT collect any personal data from you when you download and/or use our app. Regarding the automatic information we collect, we only collect it for operating purposes, and we do not retain it. All the data only stored on your Device, your data will be permanently erased by deleting system data or uninstalling Our App.
